I have given Professional Grounds Services, the company responsible for our landscaping, their final warning.  Some of their work is not up to snuff, including their lack of weeding and clipping/trash pickup.  Our sidewalks and parking lots should be blown free of dirt and debris, and we are supposed to get weeding on a weekly basis -- which clearly isn't happening.

I am fed up with having to remind people of what we pay them to do.  Any more failures or inadequacies will result in termination of their contract.  In this case, we would be changing grounds keepers mid-season, which wouldn't be that big of a deal at all.  It's not like there is some kind of a learning curve on cutting the grass!

Rest assured, I am well aware of how the south lights have been constantly going out.  For some reason, the circuit breaker keeps being knocked to off.  I have an electrician coming this Friday, July 2 to take a look at it.  Also, I have ordered replacement bulbs for the floor lamps near the entrances of the building.  I have a feeling this will be a relatively simple fix for a professional electrician.  Thanks for everyone's patience and communication in this matter.  When you guys shoot me an email when you catch these things it obviously helps me fix the problem more quickly.

c-materSpecial bulletin on behalf of a resident's request:  Please remember that you and your guests may only park in parking spots that you own.  Parking in somebody else's spot inconveniences the spot's owner, violates our private property's rules, and is subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense without warning.  Also keep in mind, just because you may have been "getting away with it," it does not necessarily mean that the spot's owner will continue to tolerate the abuse forever.  Of course, this should be common sense, but in an effort to preemptively strike any resident v. resident future controversy, there is nothing wrong with a little overemphasis.
